Physical Products

• Because each item is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. 
• If your order arrives damaged or there is a probelm with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will gladly work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item if appropriate.
• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days after the issue has been reviewed and approved. Returns are only accepted when authorized by Copper Cardinal Wood Creations.
• Please contact us before returning any item.
