Processing Time

All of our products are handcrafted to order in our family workshop. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be created before it ships. 

Shipping

We currently offer flat-rate standard shippng of $7.95 on all domestic U.S. orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery

Delivery times may very depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Copper Cardinal Wood Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.  We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
